Exchange and return policy

Replacement and return:

♡ Our products are not exchangeable or returnable for health reasons, because they are for personal use.

♡ If the shipment arrives and there is damage, the product will not be returned, but we will refund the amount to you.

♡ If the order is not received from the customer and the shipment is returned to us, the customer will be compensated for the full amount except for shipping.
