How to use:

1. When used with a cotton pad, soak a cotton pad and gently wipe your entire face and neck. Repeat 2-3 times to remove impurities and dead skin cells.

3. For extra hydration, apply a toner-soaked pad to your skin and leave it on for 10 minutes.
